Befort, Beaufort – the beautiful castle, the wind force and the winery. The name Befort comes from French – Beaufort means beautiful castle.
We didn’t follow up on the castle, but since 1756 we’ve dedicated ourselves to other beautiful things: wine and crémant.
We grow the wines in our vineyards on the southern Moselle. In 48 work steps, the grapes are picked, processed, bottled and packaged and finally drunk in many European countries.
From production to design to sale: With us you get everything from a single source. You can buy the wines on Saturdays in our wine cellar in Nittel or order them from our online shop.
